At Kriti Life, we take immense care in the quality, craftsmanship, and packaging of our products. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to assist you in a fair and transparent manner.
1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions stated below.
This policy does not apply to bulk, customized, or made-to-order products.
All return and replacement requests must be submitted through the “Request Return & Replacement” page on our website or by contacting our support team.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Clear photographs and a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package opening must be provided
• On Email: crm@kritilife.in
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
3. Eligibility Conditions for Return / Replacement
A return or replacement request will be approved only if:
• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, or
• An incorrect product was delivered, and
• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice are intact
• Valid proof of purchase is available
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
NOTE - All returned products are subject to inspection by our quality team.
Final approval shall be based on compliance with this policy.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours with unboxing video:
• Fragile items (ceramics, glass décor, cutlery, serving ware, etc.)
• Handcrafted or artisanal products with natural variations in color, texture, or finish
• Minor bubbles or marks in ceramic not visible on top surface
• Size variance up to ±5% or 2 cm (whichever is higher)
• Used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Bulk, customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
• Products marked as “Final Sale”
Natural variations in handcrafted products are not considered defects.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once packed or shipped.
• Refused deliveries will be treated as return requests.
• Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restriction or suspension of COD privileges.
• Refunds shall not exceed the actual value of goods purchased.
Shipping charges, COD handling charges, or any convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
6. If You Are Unable to Receive Your Order
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Kriti Life reserves the right to restrict future COD orders if previous COD orders are refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability.
Prepaid Orders
If refused or returned due to customer unavailability, refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping or return charges.
Re-delivery requests may incur additional shipping fees.
7. Return Pickup & Refund Process
• Approved returns may be picked up from your doorstep (subject to serviceability and approval).
• Customers must securely pack the product before handing it over to the courier.
• We strongly recommend using original packaging and proper cushioning.
Returns damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for refund.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method, OR
• Store credit/voucher may be issued (where applicable)
8. Refund Timeline
After approval:
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Actual credit time may vary depending on payment provider
• Customers will be notified via email or phone regarding approval or rejection
If the product is not in stock for replacement, a refund will be issued.
9. Store Credit / Voucher Policy
If store credit is issued:
• Valid for 3 months from date of issue
• Redeemable on any product on Kriti Life website
• No minimum purchase requirement
• Non-transferable and non-refundable
10. Important Notes
• All returns are subject to inspection by our quality team.
• Final decision regarding eligibility shall be taken in accordance with this policy.
• Abuse of return policy may result in refusal of future returns.
• This policy does not affect statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
