At Kriti Life, we ensure every order is securely packed and dispatched with care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines timelines, responsibilities, and conditions applicable to all orders placed on our Website.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
β’ Orders are typically dispatched within 24 business hours from order confirmation, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
β’ Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Β β’ Delhi NCR: 2β4 business days
β’ Rest of India: 3β7 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.
Kriti Life shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Charges
β’ Free shipping is offered on orders above βΉ2499 (Prepaid & COD).
β’ For orders below this value, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
β’ Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable areas.
4. Cancellation & Order Refusal
β’ Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
β’ Refusal of delivery after dispatch will be treated as a return.
β’ In case of prepaid orders refused at delivery, refund may be processed after deducting applicable shipping, return shipping, and handling charges.
β’ For repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Kriti Life reserves the right to restrict or disable COD facility for future purchases.
5. Prepaid Refund DeductionsΒ
In case of prepaid orders returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or non-availability:
β’ A deduction of up to 10% of the order value may be applied toward payment gateway, logistics, and handling charges.
β’ The balance amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the goods.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If the order has not been dispatched, address modification requests may be accepted subject to feasibility.
Orders returned due to:
β’ Incorrect address
β’ Incomplete contact details
β’ Customer unavailability
β’ Delivery refusal
may not qualify for full refund and may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
7. Delivery Inspection Guidelines
For safe and smooth delivery:
β’ Do not accept packages that appear tampered, damaged, or opened.
β’ In case of visible external damage, refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
β’ Claims for transit damage must be supported with clear photos and unboxing video.
Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours of delivery may result in rejection of claim.
8. Risk & Title Transfer
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the registered shipping address.
Proof of delivery provided by the courier partner shall be considered valid evidence of delivery.
9. Non-Serviceable & Remote Locations
In rare cases where a delivery location is non-serviceable after order placement:
β’ The customer will be informed.
β’ A full refund will be processed if shipment cannot be completed.
10. Force Majeure
Kriti Life shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
β’ Natural disasters
β’ Lockdowns or government restrictions
β’ Strikes or courier disruptions
β’ Political unrest
β’ Technical failures
